Custom Wigs

Custom Wig Cap and Color Confirmation:

  • Custom Fit: We provide a custom wig cap to ensure a perfect fit, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
  • Color Samples: Before finalizing your order, we send you a color sample for approval to ensure you are completely satisfied with the chosen color.
  • Confirmation Process: We use the custom wig cap and color sample to confirm all details before proceeding with your order.
  • Detail Confirmation: We confirm every detail, including fit and color, to ensure you receive a product that meets your specifications and expectations.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom Wigs: Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once you have approved the color sample and the order has been processed.

Exceptions:

  • Incorrect Specifications: If the wig does not match the approved specifications (color, fit, etc.), contact us within 7 days of receiving your wig for a replacement or correction.
  • Quality Defects: If you receive a defective wig, report the issue within 7 days. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Regular Wigs and Hair Extensions

Return Policy for Regular Items:

  • Eligibility: Regular wigs and hair extensions that have not been altered or had the lace cut are eligible for return.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
  • Shipping Insurance: For an additional $25, you can purchase shipping insurance with your order. This insurance covers return shipping costs, allowing you to return the regular item for free within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.

Free Returns:

  • With Shipping Insurance: If you have purchased shipping insurance, we offer a free return service if the regular item does not meet your expectations.
